We partnered with a large US-based multinational professional services firm to set up and manage a regionally focused digital publication. From social shifts to technological disruption, political risk to environmental pressures–our brief was to bring to light themes that matter. The goal: to help global executives understand Asia’s fast-changing business landscape through nuanced insights and sharp editorial judgement.
StoneBench led the editorial direction for the publication—setting the calendar, proposing themes, and selecting topics that spoke both to companies operating in Asia and to those looking in. Based on research and our understanding of Asia, we brought a regional lens to global issues, ensuring each piece reflects the unique dynamics of Asian economies, industries and institutions.
We managed the entire editorial process–from weekly planning calls with the client, to outreach and commissioning of articles, to editing through to the publication of five pieces each week. We worked directly with contributors to refine their arguments and sharpen their pieces, to ensure each piece met the publication’s and the client’s standards. The result was a steady pipeline of insightful pieces delivered on schedule.
We work closely with one of the region’s most prominent banks, serving as a trusted editorial partner across a wide range of strategic communication and thought leadership needs. From helping shape the bank’s external voice to crafting internal narratives, we bring depth and clarity to its communications –from consumer banking and SME banking to digital payments, trade digitalisation and sustainability.
Our work spans opinion pieces, insights, whitepapers, advertorials and social media collateral, in addition to speeches and talking points for senior executives at conferences. We also support the bank through background research and briefing notes for events, and deliver sharp, structured pieces after.
We supported one of the bank’s major campaigns, crafting content tailored for strategic client communication, as well as for broader public engagement—ensuring a coherent narrative across all touchpoints. We similarly advise on key macro trends and how the bank’s communications can be strategically focused to ensure relevance, showcase support of clients, and open new opportunities for different business units.
